Common Sense

İTK prepares its students for an ethical and conscious digital world through the Common Sense accreditation.
As İzmir Özel Türk Koleji, we do not view technology solely as a tool that supports learning processes; we also consider it as a field in which our students can develop ethical awareness, empathy, and a sense of responsibility.
In line with this vision, within our curriculum we position digital literacy, digital citizenship, and digital awareness as priority and inseparable components.
While our students are raised as conscious and responsible individuals in the digital world, they learn to use technology with a critical and creative perspective. This holistic approach is also recognized by Common Sense Education, one of the leading international organizations in the field of digital education. Through regular accreditation processes carried out since 2020, our school demonstrates that it has successfully sustained digital education practices at international standards.
