At İTK, values become concrete in the student’s daily life: health and hygiene, sustainability, secularism and democracy, virtue and ethics, discipline, respect for customs and traditions, art and creativity. We raise conscious individuals who adopt these principles.

Being able to make the right decisions that will support the healthy lives of oneself and those around them; acquiring, understanding, and interpreting the basic information necessary for this

Having the basic knowledge necessary for a healthy life, such as proper nutrition, the characteristics of foods, physical activity and sports, protection from risks, and coping with stress

Researching health topics in national and international literature, having command of these areas, and understanding them in depth

Adopting hygiene and cleanliness rules in private and shared living and working areas and making them an integral part of daily life
